Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items (see exceptions below).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Bath & Shower Supplies (opened products)
- Brushes & Combs (for hygiene reasons)
- Automatic Feeders & Treat Dispensers (if used)
- Any item not in its original condition

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Pack items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories and documentation

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
